I read in technet that I need to run setup.exe /a to a deploy point for Office XP or 2000. Is this true or can I just copy over the .msi file?
I can't seem to recall where to find the Custom Installation Wizard to generate a MST file. Justin A. You can use Wise Solutions or InstallShield to generate MSI's for apps that don't already conform to this standard. But, most apps already come in MSI format. You just need to know the proper command-line switches to deploy through GPO with options. www.wise.com www.installshield.com -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Salandra, Justin A. I am currently doing some research on Technet. Thanks Justin A.
