Nope, this is not possible. The granularity only extends to WP (write property) for the members attribute which does no verification of what you are writing so you could clear values or add new values.

 

In order to do this you would need to set up some sort of proxy method such as web page and NOT give out native rights to manipulate the property.

Does anyone out there know if there is a way to set the ACE's on a group object so that people can add but not delete members?
