[ActiveDir] Extending Schema

How i can create one attribute and add to the class using visual basic???   For example create the attribute "socialNumber" and adding to "user" class in optional attributes.   At this moment i manage all objects, only need extend the schema, i have the progam oidgen.exe (Microsoft Resources Kit) for generate the Object Id.   Jorge Luengo C�spedes.
