The
only thing that comes to mind is using an GPO with block inheritance, but I
don't believe that works. Alternately, one could script an unlock tool
which periodically unlocks the account.
So,
how far in the future will it be when the IIS SMTP event sink model is
integrated into AD? In all seriousness, I could see a system like that managing
things like this, or providing data validation and change awareness functions. I
suppose one could also consider the functionality like that of database
triggers.
Or
maybe I just need to stop drinking this early in the
morning....
