Probaby a bad driver... Download new one and reinstall the printer.  Also, there are some viruses that cause things like this... either macro viruses that replace the Normal.dot to corrupt your office settings, or ones that actually corrupt the printer driver. Rename your normal.dot as the next step. Running an updated virus scan never hurts either. HTH. -JB          John A.
