Why not backup and restore?  You would still have ownership and rights. I am going to be moving to a new server (from 2000 to 2003) and I need to transfer user files over. However, I need quotas (and thus ownership) to transfer as well. Robocopy will copy security permissions, but not ownership. Anyone have any ideas?
