[ActiveDir] Slow Active Directory Users and Computers Snap in

I am running Windows 2000 Server with Active Directory and have a 
network of about 30 users. For some reason each time I try to load the 
Active Directory Users and Computers Snap in it takes about 3-5 minutes 
to load. Any reason?
