afaik, upgrading 2000 std server to 2000 advanced server is not fully
supported - i.e. you can do it, but you won't get the AD memory capabilities
(such as the /3GB swith) - you'll have to do a reinstall instead.

I'd think this is different when going from 2000 Std to 2003 Enterpise
Edition as it's a whole new OS. But I can't say for sure.

Not sure if this is the correct forum but here goes.  Can anybody tell me
what is involved in moving from Windows 2000 Srv Std to Windows 2000 Ent.
Is it just a matter of running the installation and selecting upgrade or is
it more complex than that.  Also, would it be just as easy to move to Win
2003 Ent using the same method.
