Windows Server 2003 has the ability to dynamicaly link an aux class to existing schema class. See http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/netdir/ad/dynamic_auxiliary_classes.asp This is not the case with Windows 2000 AD.
