Ouch. 

Well here are your options.

1. Get really familiar with dsacls
2. Go into the archives for this list, I actually posted a perl script which
will dump permissions. You could modify it to output the info in a way that
could be imported into excel or just have the script shove it into excel
directly as well.

Thanks for the tip Joe.  Unfortunately I have adopted one Exchange server
and a $0 budget.  I'll continue to look for auto-mated ways to review the AD
tree.
