The dwTimeStamp attribute is also accessible by checking
"View-->Advanced" in the DNS snap-in.
The thing is that the timestamp is not the precise time the RR has been
refreshed - the hour is rouned (i.e.: update performed at 15:17
12/25/2003 is rounded to 15:00 12/25/2003).

The command line returns the same...
