[ActiveDir] Bug in GPO?

In GPO\User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Windows Explorer, there is a policy “Hide these Specified Drives in My Computer.”   According to the Explain tab for that policy, it “Removes the icons representing selected hard drives from My Computer, Windows Explorer, and My Network Places.”   However, I’m finding that although it is hidden from My Computer, C: is not hidden in Explorer – all the other specifed drives are.
