Not sure of a way off hand to do this, however I do have a small Windows application that I’m finishing up for just such an issue. The program will generate random, semi-pronounceable passwords with at least 1 uppercase char, 2 number’s and 1 symbol in any length you specify (between 6 and 25 characters) and will also generate a list of 1 to 100 such passwords to choose from. When the user clicks on a password in the list that’s generated it’s automatically copied to the windows clipboard so they can easily paste it into the password box. Don’t worry – the clipboard is cleared after the program exits or if the user chooses to clear it.
I wrote this because I was tired of having to come up with passwords myself for test systems I would roll out. The main benefit of this for me was that the passwords are semi-pronounceable. For example, #Kovaf34 is easier to remember than, $Jdilkr93.
If anyone would like it I’ll be making it available free of charge (freeware yeah!) by Monday morning after I have a chance to clean up the User Interface a bit (always function before fashion ;) )
Respond to me off list if you want the download location after it becomes available, or if the list moderator allows it I will post the link to the list.

Is there any way to change the wording that pops up when a users password expires so instead of saying it must be changed, it explains that it must contain uppercase/lowercase/numbers/symbols (complex) so the users know what passwords they should pick?
