[ActiveDir] Policy not applying and RSoP

I am trying to troubleshoot why my logoff script will not run for users. Whenever I run the RSoP it gives an error "the system could not find the file specified." It doesn't say what file. RSoP will run for my account. Other policies are being applied for the users but not the logout script. I'm betting the same problem with RSoP is the also the problem with my logoff script not running. I have tested the script with the user and even ran it from the policy directory without error. Something in the AD is keeping the user from running the script. NTFS permissions appear fine, security for the GPO appears correct.  What else can I check or how else can I troubleshoot?   Thank you for any advice.   bclingaman
