Do you know if this is new?  I seem to remember hunting high and low for this a few 
months back.  At that time I was also in contact with Microsoft and wasn't made aware 
of it.

In fact there is an LDIF file for SMS2003, it's buried in the 
SMS2003 Toolkit:

Unfortunately the SMS2003 "Active Directory Schema Modification and Publishing for 
Systems Management Server 2003" documentation at:
