I was thinking that myself.  Win9x computers aren't very secure anyway, so password issues may not be the biggest of woes.

Win9X clients in Windows 2003 AD?  Do you really want to do that?  Why don’t you upgrade the OS?

Are there any issues using password complexity with Win9x clients other than Win9x clients not caring about case?
