RE: [ActiveDir] Event 13562 errors on FRS

FRS acts like it can't see DC2 with the FQDN.   In the ADUC | System | MicrosoftDNS | [each subnet], there are dnsNodes with correct IP for each DC but there is also a dnsNode called ..SerialNo-DC1.domainname, some have one for DC0, none for DC2.
