Subject: [ActiveDir] SNTP/NTP Settings

Does anyone have any documentation on the registry settings and what they mean for the NTP client on Windows 2003?  I have one that is not playing nicely and I suspect it's a compatibility issue (win2k works, XP and Windows2003 do not.  Hotfix applied, logging shows that no response or a bad response returned from host.  W32tm /monitor:Ip_addr_of_timehost works fine (so connectivity/perms, etc is not the issue)).

I looked through the deployment guide and the better part of the internet but can't find a thing about these settings.  'CompatibilityFlags' for example is a mystery but seems tantalizing at the moment :)

Thanks,

Al
