they could analyse the policies, but that won't usually help them for an attack (I think). But they could also open the policy files and keep them open to hinder replication, which could bite you.

Well, I'm a bit worried that because the SYSVOL is a share, although somewhat hidden, that these little tykes can get to, is there any real danger/complication that can arise by them being able to view the policies and other files in the sysvol folder? Other than hacking and gaining admin control of a PC, can they actually do anything with the info that is present in those folders? Thanks!!
