[ActiveDir] Microsoft Operations Manager

I am busy researching the Microsoft Operations Manager software, 
specifically for AD health.  Does anyone have any real world experience 
messing with this?  I am specifically wondering how much value this 
could add to an organization, any gotchas, etc.
