Exactly. I haven't done any detailed looks into any of the claims I have heard but there has been enough buzz to have made me wary and since I wanted to go to K3 anyway, it didn't seem worth going through upgrading SP on 400 machines then swinging back through going to K3. Especially since if we did have issues it would have pushed back any thoughts of K3.
