You guys have come a long way and have addressed every issue I came up with.
Us Admins can't expect every product from every vendor to be perfect out of the gate. We should expect though that vendors listen and help find solutions (and make corrections) when we find issues. Most of that functionality is probably beyond the scope of this list, so perhaps we should move this discussion off-line?
