I find the easiest way is with a simple LDAP query:
(&(objectcategory=computer)(operatingsystemservicepack=Service Pack 3))
Provided, of course, that the computers you are worried about are in a
domain environment.

This Script load computers name from Computer_List.txt file and create file
with all the information on the servers like : Service Pack , Operating
System,Last Bootup Time and more.
