Do you get event IDs 1097 and 1030 on your application log?

I have a computer based software installation GPO in place which was working OK for awhile and then recently broke.  We have it on a DFS share so that each physical site will install the MSI from a local share.  Now, it's only failing on Windows XP machines.  Win2k machines are working OK.  I enabled debug and here's what I get.
