Brahim,

Funny thing, we just completed this very task.

First we pointed all DCs in the Enterprise to the same DNS server (this way
everyone worked from a single DNS database for records).

We then changed that DNS server's TCP/IP settings to reflect the new IP
address scheme.

We then ran "net stop netlogon", then "net start netlogon", then "ipconfig
/flushdns", then "ipconfig /registerdns"

Ensured that new IP showed up properly in DNS.

We then moved to the next DC, then the next, then the next.

After the IP address change was complete we pointed all DCs back to their
original DNS servers.

Subject: [ActiveDir] Changing DC IP address

Hello All ,
We are about to change the IP scheme in our network ,dumping public IP
address and going with private IP addresses, therefor we have to change
the IP addresses of our 2 domains controllers ( acting as DNS and WINS
servers) and DHCP server. On the DHCP side server I think it's just matter
of changing the Scopes and the DHCP server address ,My concern is changing
the domain controllers IP addresses specially the DNS part.Does anyone
went through this scenario or knows about any documentation or Kb that
explains the steps to do that.My plan is to change the IP addresses of the
DNS ,delete type A records form the forward zone ,flush DNS ,stop and
restart DNS and finally stop and restart netlogon. Thanks in advance for
your help
