[ActiveDir] Domain Policy Settings

Group,   I have had some strange settings being applied within our group policy.  For example, under local Policy, a mess of registry settings are listed.  No one here added them, nor did I.  Same goes for the File System; there is no way that a person added all these settings.  Does anyone know if there is a template that might have been applied or an application that would add these settings?    Just trying to come up with a How did this happen.   Thanks, S
