I actually have two
issues
1) I have a blue
circle on my DFS Share, the Microsoft documentation says nothing about a blue
circle. If I right click and click "Check status" it gets a green
checkmark underneath the blue circle. Very odd. However, I deleted
the dfs share, created a new one, and now that appears to be
working.
2) Some users
manually installed the software. When the GPO kicks off, it tries to
install it (because the GPO isn't smart enough to know the user installed it)
and of course it's then asking the GPO applier if it wants to remove, repair, or
reinstall, thus making the Computer software policy fail. How can I tell
the GPO to forcefully reinstall so it doesn't get that
pop-up?
