Even easier if you have Exchange-aware anti-virus. Most of the newer versions allow you to specify a target such as your email you want to get rid of. That will stop the spread of it any further and a scan will take care of the rest overnight (I recommend overnight, but only if you have a large implementation. Smaller ones may be able to withstand the overhead).
