I think most people know my position on Aelita/Quest (Man it is funny to say that in the same sentence).
We are currently using EMM and I believe it has done everything promised without issue. I highly recommend getting On-site support if your migration is large. Also ARM (ERD) for AD and Exchange are excellent products as well. If your job is to restore mailboxes, then ARM for Exchange is a godsend. Also I feel it is the only way to do mailbox restores in Exchange 200x.
