I don't think there is one. The power Configuration settings are not set up in a very friendly way. All of the settings for each Power Scheme is held in a Binary registry entry under the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\PowerCfg\PowerPolicies\0 (a different entry for each Scheme) using a Value of Policies.
