As mentioned already LogParser - but try to get version 2.2 (Beta) - i think its only available to TechNet subscribers. If you need help with it check out http://www.logparser.com/instantforum33/default.aspx - the author of the tool, Gabriele Giuseppini [MSFT], is *very* responsive.
