>  Try setting a compliant password in the image, and then putting Whatever has to go in the AdminPassword key to prompt the user.    Yeah, that's the part the only -sorta- works.  The password policy in the image is only being enforced for accounts that aren't the Administrator account.  When prompted for a strong admin password, the user can simply cancel out of the dialog box, and setup continues with a blank admin password.   Does this mean that I'm out of options, short of generating a home-grown password utility for these boxen?  That just seems...odd.  But my Googling isn't coming up with anything else of interest either.  :-(   Laura
