[ActiveDir] SUS Error?

My network use SUS Service to distribute patch, but all clients seem not update properly.   I view \\CLIENTS\c$\WINDOWS\Windows Update.log and found the line "See iuhist.xml for details: Install finished (Error 0x80004005: Unspecified error)" , any one can help me to solve this problem?   Many thanks.
