The first thing that says is watch your event logs and get some monitoring. :o)
That aside event ID 0xC00007FA is event 2042 which you can read at http://www.eventid.net/display.asp?eventid=2042&source=NTDS+Replication Basically you have a DC that is way far out of sync and you need to find out why your replication isn't working. You need to figure out if it is the source machine or this machine that is the one that is out of sync with the rest of the forest and then kill it.
