In terms of Exchange, we've found that a DC with unusually busy bind
times is what makes Exchange go crazy.  :)  We keep a pretty good eye on
that now... 

If DSACCESS wasn't a complete piece of sh!t3, Exchange wouldn't be so
sensitive about DC problems.

That's a strange one to find good information for.  So far, I've found
the
best information in the Exchange troubleshooting guide.  Exchange is so
sensitive and dependent on Active Directory it made sense to put that
