I am shooting from the hip but expect that counter is only kept in a memory
block somewhere in one of the processes. I doubt it is exposed. The best
you could do is find out when it last replicated (either via api or
repadmin) and then check the connections it has to guess when it will next
replicate. Obviously if it is in a change notification environment (multiple
DCs in a site) checking connections will do nothing for you and it is based
on when changes occur.

Subject: [ActiveDir] Replication countdown

Anyone know of a way to identify how long a dc has until it's next
replication cycle? DC's must maintain some type of countdown timer so that
they know when to start a replication connection, trouble is finding if it's
in an easy to grab place. If I look at a box I'm after seeing how long
before it triggers a connection, or the next trigger time for a connection.

Cheers.
