This problem is really killing me

I installed several DELL Windows 2003 terminal servers in a Windows 2003
Active Directory domain. The correct internet settings are configured
trough policies. The proxy server is a Windows 2000 ISA server in another
W2K domain. (W2K domain trusts W2K3 domain)

>From these servers I'm unable to access the internet using terminal
services, when I logon locally to these servers there is no problem
accessing the internet. The problem occurs as user and as administrator

When I logon through terminal services, I see that the correct settings
proxy settings are applied (The right registry settings appear in
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Currentversion\Internet Settings).The really
weird thing is that when I start the internet explorer the registry key
holding the proxy information disappears from the registry (after refreshing
its gone), does any of you have an idea what is causing this (the
disappearing of the proxy settings registry key).

Thanks in Advance

Jan.
