Depends upon where the file needs to be copied to. Login scripts run in the security context of the user, so you are somewhat limited in terms of what you can do there. Machine startup scripts run under localSystem but of course, don't have the logged on user's context, if you need it. If you're just copying a file to system32, then you probably want to use a machine startup script.

Does anyone have an example of using a GPO to copy a file to all machines?  I have a screen saver I am supposed to distribute across the organization and really dont want to do it manually.
