Pass the gun …. I’m a muppet. Hmm damn u 2003 and your default share
permissions… I had my 2k head on. :O) From:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Robert Rutherford Ladies and Gents, I have a SBS2003 box in the lab which I am going to
swing at or launch anytime soon… I guess it’s the end of the week and I
can’t see the wood for the trees… I have a SBS2003 box in the lab
with a straightforward out of the box setup. I have just whacked up a quick
policy for folder redirection and it’s not playing:- Redirects folders to \\server\data$
and has the option of ‘create a folder for each user under the root
path’ checked under the policy setting, i.e. it should create a folder
with the users name?!! Security is set to read and apply to the user under
the OU. I’ve changed the security on the folder to
everyone full control to eliminate any issues there. Nothing in the logs on the client or server. Admittedly I haven’t done any profile work
since 2000 but it should still be straight forward? Any ideas? BR Rob
