Today's lesson: Don't expect the Taskpad you designed from a Windows 2000
console to work on a Windows XP installed with Windows 2003 Administrative
Tools. They disappear! And best yet, the UI behaviour of Taskpads in 2003 is
no where as clean and intuitive as 2000.

I dunno if i'm just used to 2000, since I only worked on it for the first
time last night and immediately understood its workings. 2003 on the other
hand, took some figuring why options stubbornly don't appear when they've
been specified for a certain view. This is probably the second "power down"
I've seen for 2003, next to the removal of the Directory browser from WE.

hmmm...

Fantastic. This is it - by using a blank MMC instead of the static one, i
can adjust and configure Taskpad views.
