I find this bar to be very annoying and can't figure out how to stop it. Everytime I am downloading a file from one of our internal intranets I have this bar come up, I then have to click download file, which doesn't do anything and then I have to ask for the file again, and then answer if I want to open or save it. I want this off and was wondering if anyone has figured it out. I have already turned off the popup blocker after I configured the settings to not use the information bar, and this did not work.
