Hi, I have the same problem and I solved with the following steps.. 1. Click Start, click Run, type dcomcnfg, and then click OK. 2. Click the Default Security tab. 3. Under Default Access Permissions, click Edit Default. 4. Click Add, click Administrator, set the type of access to "Allow Access", and then click OK. 5. Click OK, and then click OK. 6. Restart the computer.
