It was just that the "NEVER" was pretty strong and this is a questioning type of group which is really good.
This may or may not be a great best practice. The idea was to determine why you feel that this should be done this way. What have you avoided or protected against in implementing domain level polices this way or is it simply to more easily identify what is the default versus what you have chosen?
