Automatic Updates is not exactly the easiest ”opponent” to play with, since there’s very little you can tell it to do. Does anyone know of a way to force a Windows Update Client to actually go and check for updates?   I know which log file I need to check I just need to force a connection/check by the client.   Any help would be appreciated.   Regards Peter Johnson
