pwdLastSet maintains the value for the last change. Going 4 back would depend on your logging and logging storage capabilities as well as your ability to dig it out of that logging. If pwdLastSet was administratively SET (versus changed) to 0 which forces an immediate password expiration then it won't tell you much, at that point you would have to look at the replication metadata on pwdLastSet or unicodePwd.
