We also have many offsite users. We send out automatically generated emails at 14, 7 and 1 "day(s) until password expiration" notices. This has worked really well for us.

They have al lot of off site workers who never come into they office. They only connect thru vpn. So they first log on with cached credentials on there laptop and then connect with vpn. Will they still recieve a message to change there password when the start using network resources (mail, file,....) rgds, Bart List info : http://www.activedir.org/mail_list.htm List FAQ : http://www.activedir.org/list_faq.htm List archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/activedir%40mail.activedir.org/ List info : http://www.activedir.org/mail_list.htm List FAQ : http://www.activedir.org/list_faq.htm List archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/activedir%40mail.activedir.org/
