This is what baffled me. I did a test run under vmware, it was working fine for all workstations before I put them into produciton. I am going to recheck one more time Monday when I come back to office.

Jordan,
We do exactly what you have done and had no problems. Is it possible that you have another policy that only applies to XP machines that also has the value set?

It was under default domain policy.( I know I should have kept the default domain policy then made the changes , saved it under a different name but it is a long story)
