You mean the date is set on the attribute yet the user's can still log on
past that date or were you expecting the disabled flag to be set?

We use the "Account Expiration" feature for outgoing employees with a
specific termination date or contract workers.  Suddenly, this feature
doesn't appear to be working anymore.  Employee accounts that were marked
for expiration were not disabled properly.

I can't think of anything we've changed in AD that would affect account
expiration this way.  Any clues?
