Is it a stand alone machine or part of an
AD domain? Do you have any encryption configuration on the server or
domain? Open the security options under local policies and check the

and found user name and password is grayed out. The server/domain name is
white box, which is normal. The only solution to come out of it is hard boot. I have tried to find solution on internet, but could not able
