Another idea could be to associate 3 answer files to each different
image. In each RIS answer file, WINNT.SIF, you can put the particular
server to a specific OU and then install the apps. via GPO.

        DomainAdmin=%AccountWithAbilityToAddWorkstationToDomain%
      DomainAdminPassword=%DomainPassword%
      JoinDomain=%ParticularDomain%
        MachineOjectOU= "OU=%Whatever%, DC=%Whatever%, DC=%Whatever%,

What more are you looking for?  You might be able to do something with
cmdlines.txt in the $oem$ folder.
